Coronet Tourneys of the Principality of An Tir
An Tir became a Principality of the Kingdom of the West in 1973. From that year until 1982, when An Tir became a kingdom, Coronet Tournaments were held two or three times a year, with the victor becoming the Prince of An Tir and their consort becoming Princess (or sometimes styled in Gaelic, “Prionsa” and “Banphrionsa”).
During this time, there were 21 reigns, with 12 different Princes and 17 different Princesses.
Duke Steingrim Stellari and Viscount Edward Zifran hold the record for most victories in the Coronet Tourneys with four each.
