- Tir Righ Coronet Tournament - The Coronet Tournament finalists were Sir Kheron (inspired by Ksenia) and Sir Owain (inspired by Wrenn). The Victor and new Tanist was Kheron I and Ksenia I.

Witnessed by Their Majesties, King Skapti and Queen Asa, Lion and Lioness of An Tir.
Across the lands Tir Righ, let the joyous news resound. Let it be known to all this day, that by right of arms and skill in combat, Sir Kheron Azov and his inspiration Her Ladyship Ksenia Magdalina Pavlovna of Lions Gate are now the undisputed Heirs to the Storm Thrones of Tir Righ. Congratulations to Tir Righ’s new Tanist and ban-Tanist.
Sir Kheron Azov resigned his position as Tir Righ Heavy Champion; Sir Owain ap Einar was sworn in as the new Tir Righ Heavy Champion. As recounted by Sir Owain, Lord Yusuf ben Josef of Lions Gate fought like a rabid animal during the Coronet Tournament. For his ferocity on the field, Sir Owain presented Lord Yusuf with the Order of the Shattered Spear.
Her Highness Amira Celdae was desirous to make welcome all new gentles that were attending an SCA event for the first time today. Amira Celdae reminded all gathered, that without new blood, the SCA would not grow and flourish. These new gentles will step up to serve, when those in service have begun to tire. New gentles will keep the arts and sciences of Tir Righ enduring for years to come. These new gentles were presented with chocolate tithes and shells from shores of Tir Righ, in gratitude for their attendance by Their Highnesses.
Cometessa Morgaine Brigantia made presentations to the Regalia Sub-Committee of silver and cobalt glass votive candle holders, held in little pouches made of the same blue silk used in the principality cloaks and banners. The Regalia Sub-Committee was in charge of seeing to the logistics of putting the regalia for the principality together.

Kieran Gunn - Rapier Champion of Tir Righ (Lionsdale)
Amira Celdae explained the origins of the Order of the Hafoc. “Hafoc” comes down to us from the old English word for “hawk”. A hawk by nature protects through its swiftness and ferocity, and this award is given for work in the martial areas toward bettering the principality.
Outgoing Scholar of Tir Righ, Her Ladyship Tanikh bint Farida al Bakim passed her mantle of office to Tir Righ’s new Arts and Sciences Champion Her Ladyship Magdelena Kress. Alienor Sanz-Argent of Lions Gate was granted the highest score in the Coronet A&S Championship this day.
Prince Ulf announced a “medieval casino” to be held at May Crown! Games, tavern and good times to be had! Bring your $money$. Lady Bernadette announced the sculpture contest that was on display in the A&S building. The Ladies of the Royal Retinue of Tir Righ bring these delightful sculptures to you, and proceeds of both fundraising activities will go to the principality travel fund.
During the reign of Princess Thora, a tradition was born to honour people who gave exemplary service and devotion during Her reign. The Princess’s Talon of Favour will continue this tradition begun by Princess Thora. Amira Celdae granted Her first Talon of Favour to Prince Ulf, in token of thanks and gratitude for a wonderful experience during Their reign, and for the experiences to come in the next two months. Prince Ulf, after receiving His token of favour, then placed blue (Tir Righ blue I might add) toy spiders inside Tanist Kheron and ban-Tanist Ksenias’ regalia, and then ran to the defence of little girl who was being chased for her ball across the Court. Prince Ulf returned victorious, and a smile appeared on our Amira’s lotus face, as she recollected times where They have teased each other during Their reign.
Their Highnesses’ Royal Secretary Yslisabeata Tabassum Al'Zarqa was then presented with a Talon of Favour as a personal token of thanks for her exemplary service to the Coronet. Amira Celdae said that without Yslisabeata’s help She could not have reigned quite so well.
On this day, Jarl Hwolf Einarsson took Don Guidobaldo d’Aquila as his squire.
His Majesty King Skapti spoke unto the populace saying that He knows how frustrating it can be to enter a tournament’s List, fight and then lose. Sir Owain made His King proud, and His Majesty reminded Sir Owain that his accomplishments could not be taken away.
Their Highnesses offer Their congratulations to Tir Righ’s new Tanist Kheron and ban-Tanist Ksenia, to award recipients and victors, and to artists and fighters alike.

Don Kieran Gunn emerged victorious as the winner of the Rapier tournament and was given the honour of presenting Her Highness (who wasn't there) or Her Excellency, the ban-Tanist (who wasn't there either) with a dozen roses. Don Kieran Gunn ended up presenting His Highness with a dozen red roses.
Luther Magnus made an announcement regarding Warren War.
Ruaidhri Silverhand was pronounced best rapier inspiration on this day.

Qacha Suren (who received her Award of Arms at this event), had a recent name change, and was formerly known as Katya von Plucinski (I bet I butchered the spelling....) - currently my Only Apprentice (also known as the English Redhead). An amusing moment at the event was the efficient person who asked me if I knew who this name belonged to - and did the most perfectly composed and gracious double-take ever witnessed when informed she was standing next to the owner of the name in question. We torqued up the pressure on poor Qacha until she would rather have been run over by the Roaming Air Cadet Repeating Band Practice than be called up in Court. Good thing I was there to, uh.......facilitate.....her timely arrival in front of Their Highnesses and Their Majesties............
