Sea Otter

The Order of the Sea Otter is a children's award for service in the Barony of Seagirt, created by Thegn Uilliam mac Ailleacuten vhic Seacuteamus Baronossa Theocharista Irene Doukaina. Members are selected by recommendation to the Baron & Baroness.
