In answer to a question According to Master [[Robyrt of Watersyde]], "Aquaterra was granted an incipient Shire status in August of 1981. Elevated to Shire at September Crown 1981. This happened so fast because the Kingdom Seneschal was a very good friend of my older Daughter, Lady Amber."
