The Shire of Cae Mor's annual Penguin Crusade.

It came to pass one day in July AS XXXVII that Lord Tadgg h-ua Faelan was visiting the Cathedral when he heard talk that it had passed time that those of the peerage go forth to the far flung branches of An Tir to spead their wisdom. Being the seneschal of one of those far flung branches he spoke up, "Come, my friends, to Cae Mor! We are very far flung and in much need of your wisdom." "Where is this Cae Mor of which you speak?" came the reply. "700 miles and more north and west of Lions Gate." said Tadgg, and the sound of crickets was all that was heard for many days within the Cathedral.

It was many days later that Tadgg recieved a missive from Squire Victoria of the Azure Brotherhood. "We are not peer of the realm, however we are gentles of no little learning, and would be pleased to come forth to Cae Mor to share what we know." "Joyous day!" cried Tadgg. Much discussion followed, between Squire Victoria, Squire Fiacha the Blue (the head of the Azure Brotherhood) and Lord Tadgg. Through this discussion it was determined that the Azure Brotherhood would travel north in April AS XXXVII and teach workshops and share in a grand feast. "This event needs a name." said Fiacha. "Perhaps it should be called a crusade, for that is what it seems we will be doing. Crusading to the far northern lands of Tir Righ, where surely we will encounter penguins." "Then the Penguin Crusade it shall be." replied Tadgg. Thus it came to pass that the Azure Brotherhood lead the first crusade to Cae Mor in search of Penguins.
