Twelfth Knight Auction
Greetings,
So this really really is the final update. I promise.
Many people have asked how they can help? The VERY best way the people of the Kingdom can help is to show up EARLY and to bid on items you already want anyway!
TRM's court is at 12:00. We cannot delay TRM's last court so if we are going to get through all this in time we need to start the bidding at 10:30 SHARP.
This means we need lots of people in the seats and ready to bid!
If you have your eye on something make sure you are there first thing because I don't decide what the order will be until about 2 minutes before the item goes up.
Oh and we have good news on the Auctioneer front. TWO additional Auctioneers to help out Good Sir Brand this year!
Sir Edward Ean Anderson and Sir Barak Ravensfuri will be our Guest Auctioneers this year!
While I will accept donations right up to the auction, please let me know via email if possible or ASAP Friday night (I'll be wandering the halls all evening gathering stuff up)
The Make-a-Wish Foundation should do well this year I predict!
Remember it is cash or checks ONLY! (make checks payable to NW Make-a-Wish Foundation)

Twelfth Knight Auction Results
Greetings,
This past weekend at the 12th Knight Auction we raised $3355.00 For the Make a Wish Foundation!
I'd like to thank all the Donors, Sponsors and Bidders who took part this year, obviously it can't happen without you all.
Additionally I'd like to thank Their former Majesties for allowing us time in the day and the autocrat team for helping with logistics.
And then, the usual suspects, my Lady Cêt, Morgan, Bella and Ettienette for running the paperwork and money machine at the back end.
And my Runners (Bella's Hadgi's, Kit, Luther and my man at Arms Dan) for doing the Vanna thing and running the items to the auctioneers and up and down the aisles so people can see all the pretty stuff.
And a huge thank you to our Auctioneers! As always, Sir Brand, and this year Sir Barak Ravensfuri and Sir Edward did an excellent and entertaining job coaxing out those extra 5$ bills that add so much to the success of the auction.
At this point I see no reason we won't see the auction again next year and in years to come!
Thank you *all* again.

Personal Memories
(Add your personal event memories here. End them with a blank line, four dashes and another blank line. Don't forget to sign them with dash-dash-tildex3. Reminder: it's considered VERY rude to edit someone else's memories.)
A lovely event. The convention center was a fairly short (but bracing in the cold) walk from the Shilo Inn. Along with my Lady wife and two other members of my household, we provided retinue for the Saturday courts to their Highnesses of the Mists, which was educational, enjoyable, and great seats! Their Highnesses were fun to serve.
The last court of Amalric and Caia was full of amusing moments, but of course for me, it was very special and surprising, as I was called up for my Award of Arms. Two other household members were also so awarded this event (Lady Kate and Lord Christopher), and another was recognized with a Goutte de Sang (HL John de Percy). Many others I am acquainted with received recognition as well! A joyous time.
--Michelino di Gino Martini of Clan Carn
Their Outgoing Majesties looked marvellous in bezant-spattered gown and cote that sparkled as they moved. The Crown of the West and Their Highnesses of Mists were in attendance. Peg Leg and Abby were recognized as Pelicans. The Peerage meetings were held Saturday evening (ouch). Food at Galway Bay Irish Pub is very good. --Elizabeth Braidwood 10:32, 17 Jan 2007 (PST)
