The Test of the Emergency Heraldic System

The "Test of the Emergency Heraldic System" was an idea thought up by Joseph DéMerrick.

How It's Done

All it involves is many heralds with hand-held radios simultaniously making the same Town Cry, generally along the lines of: "My Lords and Ladies! This is a test of the Emergency Heraldic System. This is only a test. (Long and annoying noise) Thank you for your time." This is done at about Seven in the morning on Sunday, and only after the Monarchy has approved of it.

Joseph has noted that the King does NOT find it funny if you do not tell him first, even if you do think he's your buddy.
