• July 15 AS VII (2017) was taken as Apprentice at July Coronation by Mistress Agnes Cresewyke.
• Aug 25, AS LIII (2018) was awarded the Prince's Favor by Prince Vikingr Eiricksson.
• Aug 25, AS LIII (2018) was awarded the Princess' Talon of Favor by Princess Lishinia Aurelia.

Persona

Interested in Flemish history and costuming.

Mavis was born in 1536, in the city of Edinburgh. She is the youngest child of three girls. Her mother passed away when she was quite young, and was mainly brought up by her two aunts. These aunts are her father's sisters. In 1557, Mavis moved with her father to the Flemish lowlands in the city of Leeuwarden, when her uncle needed a man there for his wool merchanting business. Now, in her early thirties, Mavis keeps house for her father, and often knits stockings and hats for her neighbors and friends. She is interested in learning to knit waistcoats in wool (and possibly silk) and with flower motifs on them.

Religion: Religion in Mavis' area of the world is changing. Mavis has made friends with a lovely group of people, who are mainly farmers. These people have undergone a change in their religion and in their way of life because of a man named Menno Simon. He was a catholic priest who changed his beliefs upon learning the words of Martin Luther and other Anabaptists in the year 1536. (The year of Mavis' birth) After being social and living quite some time near the Menno followers, who took the name Mennonites, Mavis has some serious second thoughts about the Catholic Church.
