Persona

Ketill might be a 8th to 10th century Viking. He's still deciding.

SCA History

Once upon a time there was a Lord known as Viktor van Utrecht who originally hailed from the Shire of Sigelhundas in the then Principality of Avacal. Viktor traveled a lot, though, and found more of a home in the Shire of Myrgan Wood where he served as Baronial Guard for Gareth and Rowena when Myrgan Wood was re-elevated to a Barony in A.S. XXIX.

Unfortunately Viktor died and his mundane person eventually found himself in Portland, Oregon doing mundane things for many years.

Then in A.S. LIX Ketill turned up in the Barony of Three Mountains. Ketill bears a superficial resemblance to Viktor, but is many years older.
