The Shire of False Isle (Powell River, B.C.) was located in the Principality of Tir Righ.

In the beginning, False Isle was a canton to the Barony of Lions Gate. The people were creative, resourceful, and rarely at a loss for interesting things to do. My memories include taking over entire schoolhouses for six tracks of classes in both Ithra and TUTR, and holding Mermaid's Tourney at Kent Beach (and launching flaming arrows into the sea!), and feasts held in historic buildings. Laurels grew from that branch, skilled rapier fighters, and more. As a visitor, part of the adventure was taking a ferry or two to reach the shire! For those of us who experienced False Isle, we carry those memories forward; for those who haven't, sorry that you missed out. Fare well, False Isle!
