The Spirit of Violante is given for excellence in dance in the form of teaching, performance ability, or attending dance demos. In memory of Myrranda Dimici who lived to dance, this award was instituted by Baron James Llewellyn ap Gruffydd and Baroness Tangwystl verch Glyn.
