Rowen O'Ceallachain of Muscraidhe continued to serve solo as the founding Baroness of Blatha an Oir from 16 August AS XXI/1986 through 17 October AS XXII/1987.

After a tenure with Josef de Gonneville as the 2nd landed Baron, Rowen resumed serving solo as the founding Baroness of Blatha an Oir from 15 October AS XXIII/1988 through 30 June AS XXIV/1989.
