Rhieinwylydd verch Einion Llanaelhaearn

Rhieinwylydd started in the SCA in the College of Nordleigh in what was then the Territorial Principality of Northshield back in A.S. XXXI. From there she traveled to the Province of Tree-Girt-Sea in the Midrealm (where she met and married Lord Galeran Chanterel), the Barony of Windmasters' Hill in Atlantia, and at last to the Coeur du Val in An Tir, where she settled in A.S. XLIV. She really hopes not to move again.

Her name is pronounced more or less as follows:

• 'rhee-AYN-oolith', where 'oolith' is one syllable (you sort of slur over the 'oo') and the 'th' is soft as in 'thistle,' not hard as in 'then;'
• 'verkh;'
• 'AYN-yon;'
• 'LAHN-el-hehrn.'

You are highly encouraged to just call her 'Rhi.'

Her arms are argent, on a pale endorsed sable, a lion's face argent, overall in chief three lozenges counterchanged.

Her persona is 13th century Welsh. Her interests are eclectic and varied, and include but are not limited to heraldry, period cooking, needlework, music and building a better administrative mousetrap. She currently serves as Bleu Grael Herald of the Summits. Rhieinwylydd likes meeting new people and hopes you will come introduce yourself at events!
