The Test of the Emergency Heraldic System

The "Test of the Emergency Heraldic System" was an idea thought up by Joseph DéMerrick.===How It's Done=== All it involves is many heralds with hand-held radios simultaniously making the same Town Cry, generally along the lines of: "My Lords and Ladies! This is a test of the Emergency Heraldic System. This is only a test. (Long and annoying noise) Thank you for your time." This is done at about Seven in the morning on Sunday, and only after the Monarchy has approved of it. ===Misc.=== Joseph has noted that the King does NOT find it funny if you do not tell him first, even if you do think he's your buddy.
