Trelon of the Wood was 19 when he was knighted at Spring Crown Tournament in the Kingdom of the West.
He fought in and won the The An Tir Coronet Tourney, May 12 & 13, 1979.
He and his consort Tamsin of the Raven Tresses were invested as Prince and Princess of An Tir at An Tir Coronation and Champion Tourney on July 21-22, 1979.
Tamsin wrote in The Page (September, 1979): “Prince Trelon received a banana cream pie in the face from one of my ladies-in-waiting, Lady Dorothea of the Dunes. Lest any would mistake this for an act of treason, Prince Trelon REQUESTED "a pie in the face" at the Anghois-Zifran War.”
Their last court was at Twelfth Night, January 12, 1980.
He lived in Cottage Grove, OR, Adiantum.
He moved to Phoenix, AZ in June of 1980 to go to school, got a job straight out of school and stayed in Phoenix. He never moved back to An Tir.
In communications in 2025, Trelon (now Duke), said “I was called the "Punk Prince" because I was 19 and didn't need to shave yet. I think it was Steingrim who threatened to make me a rattan switch blade. My Princess, Tamsin of the Raven Tresses, lived in the West.
