Heralds
There are three basic types of heralds: voice heralds, protocol heralds and book heralds.
- Voice heralds make announcements at courts, tournaments, and feasts and handle town cries at events.
- Protocol heralds maintain the Order of Precedence and organize Grand Marches and other ceremonies by rank as well as keep track of awards and ceremonies.
- Book heralds assist people in the development and registration of their personal armory (also known as a device or arms) and name.
