Awards

Oleg was awarded his Award of Arms (as Vladimir of Hartwood) Nov 20, 2004 (AS XXXIX), though his award took a long time to find him. The scroll was eventually delivered to him by Amanda Kendal of Westmoreland at a small event in Hartwood.
