Hail An Tir!
Well we've returned very much victorious from An Tir West War! This year will go down in history as the one of the greatest wars between our two lands!
I can not imagine anyone on the war field went home without enough fighting, partying or just as much fun as you can stand in 5 days! With the exception of my very first An Tir West War this was the best I've seen in 16 years.
Not because we crushed the invading army but because every aspect of the weekend was grand! We had Duke Dirk of Caid] and his war unit join the An Tirian forces and let me tell you they decimated anything and anyone who got in their path! Uther's Spartans of the West fought for us and lived up the their Royal leader's boasts of their prowess! And all of the An Tir fighters banded together and marched in rank and rolled over their enemies like waves over the beaches!
There were very few lost tempers and the courtesy I saw on the field was exemplary! No one was trying to tear anyone's head off with a pike and there where not so many blow calibration issues as I've seen in the past. And everyone seemed to be having a great time getting killed. With the exception of some Westy Dukes who got tired of being re-introduced to our archers over and over :)
