These badges can be used by anyone who wants the world to know that they're proud to be An Tirian. Any subject of An Tir may display these badges proudly on banners, flags, clothing, dishes, furniture, etc. They belong to the people of An Tir.

Populace Badge with Border
For heralds: Chequy Or and argent, a lion's head caboshed within a bordure sable.
For non-heralds: the colors are as follows: background is a gold (or yellow) and silver (or white) checkerboard, the lion head is black, and the border is also black. The lion can have whatever colour eyes and tongue you think is appropriate.
Another Populace Badge
For heralds: (Fieldless) A lion's head erased contourny sable.
For non-heralds: This badge can be displayed on any colour background. The lion's head is black and the furry bits hanging down at the end of the neck are important (don't cut them off or make it a straight line). The head should always be looking to the right. The teeth, eye(s) and tongue can be whatever colour you feel is appropriate.
Visit the An Tir Heralds website for an excellent list of ideas on how to use this badge and more examples of lion heads.
The Ensign
And finally we have the An Tir Ensign. This is a flag that any member of the populace can display.
For heralds: Checky Or and argent, a dexter tierce sable.
Notes: The overall shape of the flag should be square or slightly taller than wide. The black band on the left should be 1/4 to 1/3 of the whole width of the flag, and the checkerboard should be made up of at least three squares across and four down. The gold/yellow and silver/white squares should start with a gold/yellow square in the top left corner.
Our ensign was specifically designed to be easy to sew.
The image at right shows the front of the ensign.
The back of the ensign is a mirror image of the front. The black band is always next to the flagpole.
The ensign may be adapted to a triangular pennon shape where appropriate (for the head of a lance, as a small flag on top of a pavilion, etc). Do not use the ensign as a design for a tabard or gown, to be painted on a box, or as anything other than a flag.
