We almost didn't make it to our own Investiture. On Friday, there was a Winter Weather Advisory issued for the southern Willamette Valley. It took us four hours to drive from Salem to Eugene. We stopped for the night as the roads were closed south of Eugene. Alysaundre brought us our Investiture clothing, which Karis had coordinated. We left early on Saturday and got to site around noon.
