Æstel is the heraldic title given to the deputy of Black Lion (the Principal Herald of the Kingdom of An Tir) who looks after the Kingdom Library and is responsible for seeing that consultation services are made available to the populace. You can contact Æstel via email at: aestel@antir.sca.org.
