Merchant Commendation

Description: The Merchant Commendation is given by the Coronets of the Barony of Aquaterra upon the recommendation of other merchants and is meant to recognize those merchants who contribute to the overall quality of events, especially those held in Aquaterra. To be eligible to receive this award the merchant should have gone above the average effort to provide a booth with proper medieval atmosphere, offer for sale goods that reflect the SCA period, served repeatedly as a Merchant Steward, gone beyond the expected level in serving customers, SCA and modern alike, in a courteous and helpful manner, or any other like manner of service to enjoyment and smooth running of the event.
