At Investiture next weekend, there will be a scribal area set up for anyone interested in painting Tir Righ charters or who just wants to drop by and talk about the scribal arts.
I am also holding a Scribal Arts meeting at 11:00 am on Saturday for anyone interested in the scribal arts.
HL Elina Karsdottir, royal scribe to Ulf and Caoimhinn, is supplying a big blue pavilion for these. Please bring your own chair.
I hope to have a "Scribe's" banner hung on the pavilion and will try to find a location (gate?) to post the location information. (If you don't know what the scribe's badge looks like, check out the An Tir College of Scribes website at http://scribes.antir.com.)
I hope that this will be only the first of many events with a scribal area set up for those interested.
In service,
