This award was instituted by Baron James Llewellyn ap Gruffydd and Baroness Tangwystl verch Glyn. It is presented at Their Excellencies' pleasure to individuals who exemplify the ideals of the combined Insula Magna branches on the island. As a consulting order candidates names are presented to the Baron and Baroness of Seagirt for consideration by the members.
