The BARONY OF STROMGARD (Clark and Skamania Counties, WA) is located in the Rivers region of the Kingdom of An Tir.

• HISTORY OF BARONY:

Became a Barony in January A.S. XXXIV 2000. The Shire of Stromgard was established in 1971 (A.S. V), as a neighbor of the Barony of Three Mountains, in the Principality of An Tir, West Kingdom, during the reign of Steingrim Stellari & Janeltis Karaine Starfollower. The original device submitted had a mermaid that was replaced by a hippocampus in the final approved device due to a conflict. It was approved in 1972, and revised in 1995. The Shire name was registered in 1982; the Barony name in 2004.
