Was a long time member of the Barony of Dragon's Laire. In his final years he had moved to the northen Idaho area, but poor health kept him from being active.
In Dragon's Laire he held the Wyvern given for service to the branch. He had worked as a Constable and Marshal in the branch.
Duncan's name has been entered on the Scroll of Honor - An Tir Remembers.
