This award was instituted by [[James and Glynis of Seagirt|Baron James Llewellyn ap Gruffydd and Baroness Tangwystl verch Glyn]]. It is presented at Their Excellencies' pleasure to individuals who exemplified the ideals of the combined [[Insula Magna]] branches on the island. The insignia is a blue arm sash with red fringe and a painted signal beacon.
