May Crown Tournament - also known just as May Crown - is held on the Canadian Victoria Day weekend (the first Monday before May 25th) to choose the Crown Prince and Princess by combat. They will become the new King and Queen of An Tir, at July Coronation. The other crown tournament is September Crown Tournament.

May Crown typically features the Crown Tourney, a Squires Tourney, Fencing tournaments, classes, arts and sciences displays and/or contests, bardic activities, and a sizeable merchants row. Being a Crown Event, it also features meetings of the various peerages, polling orders, and Noble Estate.
