Her value to the Shire is beyond measure. ~ Halima al-Rakkasa Elphin came on board to the An Tir 48hour Backlog Competition in 2021. I had been looking for some administrative help as the competition grew very quickly and was bigger than I ever dreamed it would be. I was astonished at Elphin’s administrative skills and the amount of time she was willing to put into overhauling my pen and post-it note system. She turned all of my paperwork into easy to use documents, crated spreadsheets, and tracked everything with a keen eye for detail and precision. I cannot express how much this has helped and refined this amazing project for An Tir. She is an administrative genius and the fact that she backs that up with the time it takes to perfect each job is outstanding. I cannot imagine doing this task without her valuable contributions.
