Havoc is a band of warriors from the Rivers Region of [[An Tir]] dedicated to the study of the Art of War.  War fighting in the SCA is truly an art form, and Havoc is working to become a disciplined unit whose mere visage will strike fear into the hearts of the enemies of [[An Tir]].
