== Interests ==

Elizabeth enjoys hand sewing, embroidery (including Norse/Viking-age embroidery), period and non-period baking and subtleties. She may be well known for her historic molded Springerle cookies and "lemon crack" cookies. She also enjoys sewing garb. Elizabeth has worked with a number of Royal Clothier teams.

She was apprenticed to Dame [[Ellen Fraser]], and is a [[protégé]] of [[Hrollaug Nilsen|Hrollaug "Ralg" Nilsen]]. At [[September Crown Tournament LI/2016]], she was admitted to the Order of the Laurel.

== Activities ==
* Helped establish the Stronghold of Rath an Oir, working with Kingdom heralds to pass the name and the arms of the Stronghold. Created first Stronghold banner.
* Teamed with [[Angharat verch Reynulf]] and [[Sabina Fletcher]] to win the A&S Mystery Box Challenge at [[Honey War L/2015]]
* Elizabeth has served the Crown as retinue for a number of reigns.
* She enthusiastically supports her husband's culinary adventures in delights from the Levant and the Silk Road.
* Gleeful enabler of the artistic pursuits of anyone who crosses her path.
