Interests

Elizabeth enjoys hand sewing, embroidery (including Norse/Viking-age embroidery), period and non-period baking and subtleties. She may be well known for her historic molded Springerle cookies and "lemon crack" cookies. She also enjoys sewing garb. Elizabeth has worked with a number of Royal Clothier teams.

She was apprenticed to Dame Ellen Fraser, and is a protégé of Hrollaug "Ralg" Nilsen. At September Crown Tournament LI/2016, she was admitted to the Order of the Laurel.

Activities and Service

• Helped establish the Stronghold of Rath an Oir, working with Kingdom heralds to pass the name and the arms of the Stronghold. Created first Stronghold banner. Served as Stronghold herald for two years.
• Teamed with Angharat verch Reynulf and Sabina Fletcher to win the A&S Mystery Box Challenge at Honey War L/2015
• Elizabeth has served the Crown as retinue for a number of reigns, including TRM Ieuan & Gwyneth (AS XLVII & AS XLVIII), TRM Styrkarr & Stjarna (AS XLIX),TRM Savaric & Dalla (AS L), TRM Havordh & Mary Grace (AS L), TRM Christiaan & Heléne (AS LII), TRM Sven & Rauokinn (AS LVI), and TRM Morgan & Livia (AS LVIII)
• Served as baronial seneschal from February 2008 until May 2011
• Baronial Arts & Sciences officer 2012-2014
• Kingdom Western Region reporting deputy, arts & sciences, 2014-2018
• She enthusiastically supports her husband's culinary adventures in delights from the Levant and the Silk Road.
• Gleeful enabler of the artistic pursuits of anyone who crosses her path.
• Invested as Blatha an Oir's 11th Baroness at Autumn War 2023 (AS LVIII)
