Biography

Vallawulf is an early period Varangian Rus...or a late period Russian Boyar...or an expatriate Scandawhovian living in the Middle East...depending on what clothing his lady wife is making at the time...

He and Annette Leonardsdottir have a son, Jakob Vallaulfrsson who resides in the Kingdom of Caid, Barony of Gyldenholt. He and Maitresse Cécile de Brétigny have a son, Mikhail Vallaulfrsson/Christian de Brétigny and a daughter, Maia Vallaulfrsdottir/Elizabeth de Brétigny.

Geochronology

Vallawulf was born in the Kingdom of Caid, Barony of the Angels in 1969, and resided in the Barony of Gyldenholt until 1971, when his family moved to the Kingdom of the West, Palatine Barony of the Far West. In 1973, they moved back to Caid/Gyldenholt, where he bounced around the kingdom: Barony of Dreiburgen (1986), back to Gyldenholt (1987) and Dreiburgen again (1987-93). In 1993, he moved to the Kingdom of Atenveldt, where he has resided in the Barony of Sundragon (1993-95), the Barony of Atenveldt (1995), the Barony of Twin Moons (1995-2005), the March of Wealhhnutu (2005) and currently resides in the Barony of Tir Ysgithr (2005- ).

Areas of Personal Interest and Research

Research in general; hardsuit fighting; the manuscript arts (papermaking, calligraphy, illumination, painting, book binding, writing, reading, history, etc.); the textile arts (beading, embroidery, etc.); the alchemical arts (stained glass, pearl making, making dye from cochineal bugs, etc.); cultures and history (Viking/Norse/Rus/Varangian; Irish/Celtic/Welsh/Scottish/Norman/Saxon, Japanese, etc.); The Honorable Bede and other early the service arts (ambassadorial duties, autocratting, war staff, officer corps., etc.)...
