Re: "Along with the Barony of Lions Gate, the Barony of Madrone claims to be the first group founded in An Tir."
I think perhaps the writer meant "Three Mountains" rather than "Lions Gate". 3M sprang into existance almost simultaneously with Madrone in about 1969. Lions Gate didn't raise its head for the first time until late 1973. --Elizabeth Braidwood 13:12, 1 Aug 2005 (EDT)
