James the Quixotic a former Seneschal of the Barony of Montengarde. He was awarded the Golden Link (July 22, AS 41) and has been granted an Award of Arms (Nov 26, AS 40). He is an active archer, having become a Master Bowman, and Senior Target Archery Marshal. He has been awarded membership in the Order of the Goutte de Sang.
