He has performed with the An Tir Players under the direction of [[Chiara Fiamma]] in the roles of Malvolio and the Friar in their production of Twelfth Night at Twelfth Night, as well as the role of Flute/Thisbe in their production of Midsummer Nights Dream. Jacob Faulkbourne is the eldest son of Mistress Ariel de Courteney and Sir Martin le Harpur of Faulkbourne. Jacob has been a member of the SCA since his birth in the year 1997.
In the Bardic Championship of 2011, Jacob accompanied his father on the cello as the second of Martin's two championship entries. The pair was awarded second place.
