Eulalia Piebakere, formerly (and still formally) Eulalia de Ravenfeld, is active in the Barony of Dragon's Mist and in the Barony of Three Mountains. She loves historical food and cooking (and eating!) and can often be spotted cooking over a fire at events. She also paints, sews, spins, brews, and is generally an all-around A&S lover. Her persona is an urban pie-selling singlewoman living in England during the latter half of the 13th century. Research interests include everything 13th century English, occasional forays into 14th century England, medieval York, street food, pies, peasants and other commoners, towns/cities/urban life, guilds and urbanization, women's history and daily lives, and food archeology.

Eulalia has a blog: medievalyork.com

Eulalia is apprenticed to Master Refr orðlokarr Fiachson, former Baron of Dragon's Mist. They have been known to make terrifying foods together.

In AS XLVIII, Eulalia presented a single entry at Kingdom Arts and Sciences in which she synthesized information from recipes, archeology, and her own experiments to be able to draw conclusions about general trends in high medieval English pie crusts. You can read her full documentation here

In AS XLIX, Eulalia entered An Tir's Kingdom Arts and Sciences Championship as an overall entrant. She presented three entries: -A reproduction of a full-page miniature found in an early 16th century French processional -A research paper on women's participation in guilds in York, England between 1272 and 1377 -A recreation of a pie from Forme of Cury More information and a video of her final presentation are on her blog (see above).
