A True Leader
Arcos Etolé Marchant is the Mayor of the Towne of KeyPoynt, a Midhaven Shire group of around 30 fun-loving folks, although the number is constantly growing. He is a renowned archer, is currently in the top ten of the kingdom with thrown weapons, and an inspired craftsman of wooden furniture sold through his merchanting company, Anacadia Artisans.
Etolé is held in the highest esteem by his townspeople. His generosity of spirit and dedication to the dream have earned him his Goutte de Sang, and his skill on the thrown weapons field has earned him a championship and the title of Kingdom Thrown Weapons Marshall. He is so beloved by those around him that he has been immortalized in song not once, but twice. The Bards of KeyPoynt wrote the song For the Mayor to honor this great man, and parodied this song later for Etolé's birthday with the follow-up, Don't Piss Off the Mayor.

At the passage of the Great Comet in the City of Tournai on the Schelde River was born Etolé Marchant son to Guibert the metalsmyth & Marguerite the Guild weaver.
The father tok the young son with him to far away lands upon the death of his beloved wife to search out better metals & ways of working them.
After many years of travel they ended up in the Far East learning the ways of folded steel. It was while living in those lands that Etolé heard of the stars that fell from the skyes that when smelted created the finest blades. Upon his majority, Etolé set out on his own in search of the elusive star metal. The latest rumor had him heading in the direction of darkest Africa.
