Presented by Their Royal Majesties Thorin VII and Dagmaer II at the Emprise of the Black Lion (September 17, 2011) in the Barony of Madrone
Their Excellencies of Madrone announced that the winner of the heavy tournament was Viscount Ulfgar
His Majesty praised the quality of Emprise, and welcomed one of the judges, Duke Frederick of Holland of the West Kingdom
Duchess Miranda Faoltiarna was announced as the winner of the Emprise, and gave her prize to Ivan Leskov, who qualified in mounted jousting in order to challenge Drifa in Rauða
Ivan came in second by one point, and told all assembled that the other riders inspired him
Their Royal Majesties gifted Their Excellencies Madrone with libations
Anne-Marie Quinn and Perrin Del Bosc were called forward to receive the Goutte de Sangs presented to them at July Coronation, thus lifting the cone of silence imposed since that time
Members of the Populace were invited to swear fealty to Their Majesties Thorin Ruriksson was called forward to receive an Award of Arms
Enzio Bandinelli was inducted into the Order of the White Scarf
Ander the Oblivious was presented with an Award of Arms
Kaðall Blarauga, who was placed on vigil for Chivalry earlier in the day, was put on quest to gather fighters for Crown Council
Rauokinn Eyverska Starradottir was inducted into the Order of the Pelican to thunderous acclaim; speakers were Jarl Berek von Langental, Master Cedric Wlfraven, Master Edward the Stuffy, Duchess Miranda, and His Majesty
Ynesen Ongge Xong Kerij-e was awarded a Goutte de Sang with great emotion
Basil Dragonstrike came forward to receive an Award of Arms
Althaia filia Lazari was placed on vigil for the Order of the Pelican to giddy jubilation from the populace
His Majesty thanked everyone who came to the event and praised the An Tir equestrian community
Her Majesty spoke about her time at Pennsic, and how highly regarded An Tir is in other kingdoms
