Provost are people who have taken on a formal role as a student of the martial arts, under a mentor (typically a member of the Order of the Defense). With not Society wide recognized tile for this role the title Provost is not inclusive of all in this role as different names can be used for this role (i.e. Scholar, cadet, etc.) depending upon the discussion between the mentor and mentee.
