Adam Elfchaser

File:Elfchaser.jpg Adam has newly moved to the Shire of Shittimwoode from Oertha (Alaska). He was the first seneschal of the Principality of Oertha as well as West Kingdom Minister of Sciences. He is perhaps best known for his satirical poems and puppet plays, evoking laughter at current SCA events using period forms. Sometimes laughter can induce change more effectively than argument, and there is no better way to learn medieval poetry than to write it. For these multiple sins, he is a member of the orders of both pelican and laurel as well as a court baron. Adam's first event was in AS VI while in college but didn't return to the Society until AS XVI. Adam left the Society for a number of years to study for an advanced degree in medieval literature at Oxford and to subsequently teach the subject at a University. He is married to Tara the Healer, who enjoys Middle Eastern drumming and dancing as well as being a certified Master Herbalist.
