This was my first event back in Avacal after spending a few years in Ealdormere. Due to a variety of miscommunications between the autocrat and the Kingdom Chronicler the event copy did not make it into the Crier. No formal court or tournament could be held. Hence, the event became nice low key welcome back. I met many, many new & new to me people such as Kvigr and I started putting the word out that we were thinking of starting a shire in Medicine Hat. The tournament became a foreshadowing of the real Coronet tourney that was held that year at Quad War as Ivar the Black won. However, packing up on Sunday was wet & cold.
