If your photo or Arms don't fit nicely in the populace template, you may have edit / removed / otherwise altered the default pixel size comment in the image lines.

Note in the example for the populace template, the images have a "|300px" portion to them:

If that gets removed or replaced by, say, the "|thumb" option, they won't fit perfectly in the width of the template.

Note if you use an MP3 file for your namepronunciation field, the MP3 player will actually make the template wider than 300px. You can either ignore it, or scale up your photos to 400px.
