My very first SCA event was Honor War in the College of Lyonsmarche, April 2010. From that very first event, I have been hooked (attending at minimum 5 events per year). I have spent most of my time in the Kingdom of An Tir, with around a 3-year period in the Kingdom of Atlantia (June 2012 - August 2015). While in Atlantia, I picked up Rapier fighting while I continued to work on my heavy kit that I had moved out east with me. Once I returned to An Tir I picked up combat archery. My current martial passion is Cut & Thrust, and I have enjoyed picking up target archery as well, first competition at Vulcanalia (Archery Fest) 2023.
As of 2024, I started a Provost and Protégé relationship with Master Talentus del Albero.

In general, I have enjoyed assisting with Gate, Lists, and Marshalling (water bearing too back when that was a thing). I love getting to meet new people and associate names to faces; I can often be on the shy side, but love being able to open up - my husband and I enjoy hosting get-togethers to provide a fun atmosphere for various people to gather, whether that be under our pavilion at an event or opening up our home to others. Other volunteer work that I have enjoyed throughout my time in the SCA is guarding and attending - again it allows me to make more connections as well as contribute to the fun and atmosphere of our game.
