Personae
I was the only child born to a husband and wife on the Isle of Orkney. Harold Hårfagre and his people had taken over the land and we lived under the rule of the jarls of Norway. Our current jarl is Turf-Eirnar son of Raginvald. I am skilled at many handicrafts my mother taught me even though she passed beyond the veil when I was young. I I married later in life, finding love in the arms of a man who came from far away. I continue to practice my arts, teaching those who wish to learn.
Personal Statement:
I’ve often found myself saying, “I’m not happy unless I’m learning something new.” This statement is true to my core. Be it something related to the arts, or related to life in general, I am always striving to learn new things so I can teach new things to other people.
Personal History:
I first joined the Society for Creative Anachronism as a teenager in 1997 in the Barony of Blatha an Oir until 2001. In 2012 I returned to the SCA and have been playing since then.

I gave a presentation on the history of Trichinopoly chain (and some about wire crafting techniques and included instructions on how to try it yourself.

I crafted two plume agate stones I collected myself from An Tir land and crafted them into cabochons. Afterward, I crafted a chainmail bezel and hung them from a Jens Pind chainmail necklace.
