Domhnall Wardrope Was Born in the Year of 1292 in Kintyre he Served as a Gallowglass in the army of Angus Og MacDonald, a supporter of the Bruces. In 1308 at the age of 16 he saw his first battle as a harnessbarrer to his Gallowglass teacher in the campaign to Bring Argyll under the control of the King Robert I.
