Lion's Blood is the title given to that deputy of Black Lion given charge of the submissions process in An Tir.

Lion's Blood supervises Boar Pursuivant (who produces the Internal Letter of Intent), decides what should be sent to Laurel (based upon commentary provided by the College of Heralds of An Tir) and submits the Kingdom's Letter of Intent to the Society's College of Arms, following up and advocating for submitters.
