Ketil is a Geat from the the mid Vendel era. Born in 574 C.E. He is the older brother of Lord Wulgrim squire to Sir Steingrim of An Tir. Ketil has been a member of the SCA for 26 years and has played in Ansteorra ( 1986 - 1991, & 1999 - 2001) Atlantia (1991 - 1996) Drachenwald ( 1996 - 1998) Calontir (1998-1999) and An Tir ( 2001 - present). Ketil is best known for his brewing and leather working skills. He is a member of both House Hormone and the Village of Bjorgvin. He is mareried both in the SCA and mundanely to Ilsa Jotunsdottir. Ketil and Ilsa are both merchants withing the SCA being the proprietors of Sjor Hundur Armory. Ketil is known by many names in the SCA including but not limited to Ketil Hrafnhar, Ketil the Grim, Ketil Bunny, That huge drunk guy talking in Icelandic and Jesus de la Grande. Ketil is Also a heavy fighter but until recently has taken time off from such endeavors.
