Blackwater's Bardic Competition

Blackwater is a household in the kingdom of An Tir. The term "household" is a bit miss leading in that they are less of an encampment and more of a liquor store run by a corn rowed gentleman named Lathover. Every Autum War, they host a bardic compition where in the winner recieves a bottle of cheap booze provided by the hosts of Blackwater. They are easy to find at any given event due to the trade mark bull skulls marking the camps enterence, the constant drum circling, and the waft of hard liquor.

They throw a good party.
