Gerhard Kendal of Westmoreland was named a royal viceroy at Kingdom Twelfth Night. King Paul [of Bellatrix] also named Theodulf of Borogrove, who is baron of Madrone, to this post before he left the throne. Gerhad received his warrant of appointment by mundane post shortly thereafter. The symbol of his office as viceroy is a thin white baton. When (and if) he holds that baton, he is the king's direct representative, not baron or representative of Lions Gate.
